Steps to Become a New Client:
Reach out on this page, via email at contact@juliajohnsoncounseling.com or leave a voicemail at (607) 323-3188.
Include the following information in your message:
Your first and last name
Your date of birth
Your email address and phone number
After your message is received, you’ll be sent an invitation to the Client Portal, where you’ll complete the intake paperwork.
Once the paperwork is finished, you’ll be able to schedule an appointment at a time that works for you!

Information for Existing Clients:
I may not always be available to answer phone calls as I prioritize uninterrupted sessions with clients. I will do my best to return calls within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. When leaving a message, please include times when you’ll be available for a callback.
You’re also welcome to email me, but please keep in mind that email is not a secure or confidential communication method. Email is particularly useful for letting me know if you’re running late or if you encounter issues canceling or rescheduling through the portal.
If you’re unable to reach me and require immediate assistance, please contact your family physician or go to the nearest emergency room to request the on-call psychologist or psychiatrist.
